Shipping and Return
WHEN WILL MY SWIMWEAR ARRIVE?
All swimwear is packed the SAME DAY after purchase unless you have ordered after 3pm AEST or a Pre order which will state on the product when it's available to be sent.
If you order on the weekend your order will be packed the following business day (48 Hours) - They are NOT packed and sent the same day on weekends.
There is an exception when the item is a PRE ORDER and will be packed on the day listed on the product description. We make a certain amount of items to ensure they aren't mass produced and maintain high quality.
All Global Parcels will be between $10 and $35 depending on your country and will generally take 5-14 working days to arrive. These are now posted by REGISTERED POST Globally, meaning you'll need a valid ID to collect your swimwear.
For Overseas orders outside of Australia, we send with Australia Post Registered - this means your items will track when in your HOME country - then travel with your local postal service. You'll need an ID to collect your swimwear with a signature on delivery.
Please note: Overseas items usually only track when in your HOME country - we will send a copy of the packing slip to you by email.
Bondi Venus does not collect taxes for overseas orders - these may be payable on arrival into your country by the recipient.
Australia Post are our main courier and in the case of non-delivery we will issue a new tracking to you as a client. We are able to lodge Post disputes and will refer to the Ombudsman. In the case of lost mail we will always re-send the items and a credit to you.
Customers who purchase for holidays and if swimwear doesn't arrive by your desired date we are not responsible and cannot control how long Australia Post take to deliver. Your swimwear if received after a date will be delivered and final. We do not refund "just because"
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Bondi Venus does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.
SALE items will be accepted for exchange or credit note. Items must be returned within 7 days. Any later only a store credit can apply.
We will only offer a refund on full priced or sale merchandise or if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
Please contact [email protected] with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.
You'll need to add this in a note in your return. For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of arrival to you.
For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
All tags must remain in place. Allow another 10-14 days for the exchange to be processed.
For faulty garments please email [email protected] so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place.
We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full credit or refund will be issued on full priced stock.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
When returning goods, please enclose:
Your goods for return, including packaging plus you need a tracked bag to return.
Return address information pre-filled on a postal bag with contact details. Bondi Venus is not responsible for incorrectly filled addresses if you make an error.
Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an RA Number will be accepted.
Bondi Venus does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Bondi Venus is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
